Tackle real-world data analysis challenges in image-based profiling by applying analysis workflows to large-scale Cell Painting datasets generated at EU-OPENSCREEN. Primary focus is analyzing and combining these datasets with other data resources. Bringing together diverse community of cell biologists, machine learning researchers, computational biologists, chemists and data scientists to form mixed teams, solve challenges and learn from each other in dynamic, hands-on environment. IT infrastructure provided for hackathon. Organized by FMP, EU-OPENSCREEN, MDC, Helmholtz Imaging, and CytoData Society.
