Five-day intensive bioinformatics hackathon in Walsrode (near Berlin) organized by de.NBI. Over 15 diverse projects including LEA (Learning Events Assistant), IO-FAST meets SpaceHack 4.0, FAIR data practices with RO-Crates, systems biology models to knowledge graphs, semantics meets LLMs, dataset detection from literature, OMERO data management, e!DAL-PGP enhancement, AI in meta-analysis, gamification in bioinformatics training, and more. Registration for onsite participation closed and booked out, but online participation still open. Participants expected to stay onsite for entire duration. Mix of computational biology, data science, machine learning, and open science projects.
